Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Shipping fees depend on your location and order weight/size. The exact cost appears at checkout before you pay.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours depending on your location. A tracking link is provided after dispatch.
What exactly happens after ordering?
You’ll receive an email confirmation. We pick and pack your items, hand them to the courier, and share your tracking details.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes—your digital invoice is emailed after confirmation and is available anytime in your account.
Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, contact support immediately and we’ll try to update the address.

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?
Payment is authorized at checkout and captured when your order is confirmed. Some banks may show a pending hold first.

A wishlist lets you save products to view or purchase later—no commitment required.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Report it within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to our policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
